Ingredients:
- Black sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
 - Urad dal – 3 tbsp + 2 tsp
 - Dry Red chillies – 4 + 4
 - Chana dal – 2 tsp
 - Curry leaves-
 - Cooked rice – 2 cups
 - Salt
 - Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
 - Oil – 3 tbsp
 
- Dry Roast sesame seeds, urad dal and dry red chillies.
 - Cool down and grind to smooth powder.
 - In a pan add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal and dry red chillies.
 - Fry for a min.
 - Add cooked rice and salt. Mix well.
 - Add sesame powder and mix well
 - Serve hot.
