Ingredients:
- Plantain 1
 - Salt
 - Red chilli powder
 - Oil for deep frying.
 
- Peel the plantain skin. Slice them thin slices .
 - Add them in water to avoid darkening.
 - Now place them in a towel and pat dry.
 - Heat oil in kadai and start dropping the plantain slices one by one.
 - Fry them crisp on both sides.
 - Transfer to plate.
 - In a bowl add the chips, salt and red chilli powder.
 - Mix them well. Toss them so that they are coated evenly.
 - Enjoi the snacks.
 
- Note:
 - Make sure the plantain slices are very thin.
 - Always pat dry before dropping in oil.
 - Also cook on medium flame.
 - If for kids you can also add pepper instead of red chilli powder.
