Do not forget to subscribe the channel.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cook time: 20mins           <\/li><li>Prep time: 15mins          <\/li><li>Serves: 5cups                   <\/li><li>Cuisine: Indian                 <\/li><li>Course: Snacks.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Besan Flour &#8211; 2 cups <\/li><li>Rice Flour &#8211; 1\/2 cup <\/li><li>Salt to taste <\/li><li>Omam or Ajwain &#8211; 1 tbsp <\/li><li>Water &#8211; to knead <\/li><li>Melted Butter 1.5 tbsp <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Grind Omam\/ajwain along with water and set aside. <\/li><li>Add besan flour and rice flour in a bowl. <\/li><li>Add salt, Butter, hing and mix well. <\/li><li>Slowly add omam water little by little and form a soft dough. <\/li><li>Take omapudi plate and presser.<\/li><li> Apply little oil in the presser. Add some dough to it. <\/li><li>In hot oil start spreading the dough slowly evenly. Do not overlap. <\/li><li> Fry until crisp and flip over Once done transfer to plate and enjoy with hot tea.<\/li><li>Store in airtight in container to hold the crispiness.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If you find difficult to press , sprinkle some water over the dough.<\/li><li>If incase the dough dissolves in oil, add some more flour and mix well.<\/li><li>Make sure the oil is hot enough to fry them.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cook time: 20mins Prep time: 15mins Serves: 5cups Cuisine: Indian Course: Snacks.
