When this is sauteed in sauces and garnished with spring onions it is gobi manchurian.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Course: Appetizer                      <\/li><li>Prep time: 20mins              <\/li><li>Cook time: 30mins      <\/li><li>Serves: 4Persons<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>   Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cauliflower &#8211; 1 cut into medium florets. <\/li><li>Rice flour &#8211; 1 cup <\/li><li>Corn flour &#8211; 2 tbsp <\/li><li>Red chilli powder &#8211; 1 tbsp <\/li><li>Garam masala &#8211; 1\/2 tsp <\/li><li>Salt &#8211; to taste <\/li><li>Ginger garlic and 1 green chilli paste &#8211; 1 tsp <\/li><li>Water &#8211; to form <\/li><li>Batter Oil &#8211; for deep frying.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a bowl add the cauliflower florets and pour hot water and add salt.Let it blanch for 5mins. <\/li><li>In another bowl add rice flout, corn flour, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt &amp; ginger garlic paste . <\/li><li>Add water and make a thick batter. <\/li><li>Dry out cauliflower from water and drop them to batter and coat them well. <\/li><li>In a kadai add oil. <\/li><li>Once oil is nicely hot start adding the batter coated cauliflower and fry them till crisp. <\/li><li>Transfer to plate once done. <\/li><li>Serve as a snack or with pulao.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Course: Appetizer Prep time: 20mins Cook time: 30mins Serves: 4Persons Ingredients: Cauliflower &#8211; 1 cut into medium florets.
