There are lot for dishes made out of this aval or poha..<br>It is easy and healthy breakfast too. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuisine: Indian                         <\/li><li>Course: Breakfast                    <\/li><li>Prep time: 15mins <\/li><li>Cook time: 15mins                    <\/li><li>Serves: 3 Persons<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Poha\/Aval: 2 cups <\/li><li>Onion &#8211; 1\/2 cup <\/li><li>Peanut &#8211; 1\/2 cup <\/li><li>Curry leaves- few <\/li><li>Green chillies &#8211; 2 slit <\/li><li>Mustard, cumin, urad dhall &#8211; 1\/2 tsp each <\/li><li>Oil &#8211; 2 tsp <\/li><li>Dry red chillies &#8211; 2 <\/li><li>Lemon Juice &#8211; 1 tbsp. <\/li><li>Turmeric powder- 1\/2 tsp<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heat a kadai and add oil. <\/li><li>Once heat add mustard, cumin and urad dhall. <\/li><li>Add green chillies, red chillies and curry leaves and saute <\/li><li>Add peanut and saute for 2mins <\/li><li>Add onions and saute until soft. Add turmeric powder and mix. <\/li><li>Now put the soaked poha and mix them well. Add some salt. <\/li><li>Sprinkle some water and close &amp; cook for 3 mins in simmer. <\/li><li>Mix well and add some coriander leaves. <\/li><li>Turn off the flame and add lemon juice. <\/li><li>Serve hot<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong>You can skip onions if you do not prefer.
