Trust me, one of my favorite and yummy thogayal.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuisine: Indian                         <\/li><li>Course: Lunch                     <\/li><li>Prep time:10mins          <\/li><li>Cook time: 20mins                    <\/li><li>Serves: 4 persons.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:     <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chow Chow &#8211; 300gms <\/li><li>Dry red chillies: 8 <\/li><li>Urad dhall &#8211; 2 tbsp <\/li><li>Chana dhall &#8211; 2 tbsp <\/li><li>Tamarind &#8211; small piece <\/li><li>Salt to taste <\/li><li>Oil <\/li><li><strong>To temper:<\/strong> Mustard seeds &#8211; 1 tsp Urad dhall- 1 tsp<strong>           <\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a pan add oil. Then add urad dhall, chana dhall, red chillies, tamarind and roast them until golden. <\/li><li>Add the chopped chow chow and mix well. <\/li><li>Close and cook for until the veggie is soft. <\/li><li>Keep stirring in between. <\/li><li>Once done put them in blender and add salt and hing. <\/li><li>Grind them to coarse paste.
