Pani Puri is one the famous street food of North India. Instead for the pani i replaced with Sundal. Lets try this different recipe. Do not forget to subscribe the channel.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuisine: Indian<\/li><li>Course: Chats                    <\/li><li>Prep time: 8hrs +45 mins              <\/li><li>Cook time:30mins <\/li><li>Serves: 3 Persons.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>To make Sundal<\/strong>: <\/li><li>Dry Peas &#8211; 2 cups<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><li>Red chilli powder 1\/2 tsp<\/li><li>Garam masala 2 tbsp<\/li><li>Water 1 cup<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Soak  dry green peas overnight and pressure cook 3whistles. <\/li><li>In a vessel add water. <\/li><li>Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala  <\/li><li> Let it boil for 15mins. <\/li><li>Now add the pressure cooked sundal and boil for few mins.<\/li><li>Turn off and set aside.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>To make puris:<\/strong> <\/li><li>Rava\/Semolina &#8211; 1 cup<\/li><li>Maida\/Allpurpose flour &#8211; 3 tbsp<\/li><li>Oil for deep frying.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a bowl add semolina\/ rava, Maida  and oil 3 tbsp. <\/li><li>Mix them well. <\/li><li>Now add water little by little and make a soft dough. <\/li><li>Rest it for 20mins. <\/li><li>Take the dough and roll it to thin layer with roller pin. <\/li><li>With cookie cutter or any desired small circle cut the dough to small circles. <\/li><li>In a kadai add oil for deep frying. <\/li><li>Once oil is hot start adding puris one by one and fry both sides to slight brown.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Lets start the Plating:<\/strong> <\/li><li>In a plate add the puris and break in the centre. <\/li><li>Add sundal, shredded carrot, onions, again sundal. <\/li><li>Garnish with Coriander leaves. <\/li><li>Enjoi the Sundal Puri in a different way.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cuisine: Indian Course: Chats Prep time: 8hrs +45 mins Cook time:30mins Serves: 3 Persons.
