Do not forget to subscribe the channel.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuisine: Indian                     <\/li><li>Course: Lunch                              <\/li><li>Prep time:  10mins<\/li><li>Cook time: 30mins<\/li><li>Serves: 3 Persons.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>For Lemon Rice:<\/strong><\/li><li>Cooked rice &#8211; 2 cups<\/li><li>Oil &#8211; 1.5 tbsp<\/li><li>Mustard &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li><li>Chana dal &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li><li>Urad dal &#8211; 1tsp<\/li><li>Cumin &#8211; 3\/4 tsp<\/li><li>Green chillies 2<\/li><li>Curry leaves few<\/li><li>Peanuts &#8211; 1tbsp<\/li><li>Cashew &#8211; 5 to 6nos<\/li><li>Ginger &#8211; 1\/4 tsp<\/li><li>Salt as required<\/li><li>Turmeric<\/li><li>Lemon juice 2tbsp<\/li><li>Hing<\/li><li>Coriander leaves few.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a pan add oil. Once hot add mustard seeds. Let it splutter.<\/li><li>Now add urad dal, chana dal, cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves. Fry them for a min.<\/li><li>Add Peanuts and cashew. Fry them until golden.<\/li><li>Now add cooked rice and mix well. <\/li><li>Add turmeric a pinch and salt to taste.<\/li><li>Mix  everything well.<\/li><li>Turn off the flame and add lemon juice. <\/li><li>Add hing and coriander leaves. <\/li><li>Transfer to plate.<\/li><li>Serve hot with potato curry or appalam.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>For coconut rice<\/strong>:<\/li><li>Cooked rice 2cups<\/li><li>Coconut Oil &#8211; 1 tbsp<\/li><li>Mustard seeds &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li><li>Urad dal -1tsp<\/li><li>Chana dal &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li><li>Dry Red chillies  &#8211; 3<\/li><li>Curry leaves few<\/li><li>Idly podi &#8211; 1.5 tbsp<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><li>Coconut shredded &#8211; 1.5 cups<\/li><li>Cashews &#8211; 10 nos<\/li><li>Peanuts &#8211; 1 tbsp<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a pan add coconut oil. Once oil is hot add mustard seeds and splutter<\/li><li>Add urad dal and chana dal. Fry for a min<\/li><li>Add dry red chillies and curry leaves. <\/li><li>Now add roasted peanuts and cashew. Fry golden.<\/li><li>Add shredded coconut and fry them for a min.
