Do not forget to subscribe the channel.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuisine: Indian<\/li><li>Course: Snack<\/li><li>Prep time: 15mins<\/li><li>Cook time: 30mins<\/li><li>Serves: 30 murukku<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rice flour &#8211; 3 cups <\/li><li>Moong dal flour &#8211; 1.5 cups ( dry roast 1.5 cup moong dal and grind to smooth powder.) <\/li><li>Urad flour &#8211; 2 tbsp <\/li><li>Salt to taste <\/li><li>Hing <\/li><li>Sesame seeds -2 tbsp <\/li><li>Chilli powder optional <\/li><li>Butter &#8211; 3 tbsp <\/li><li>Water to knead the dough<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a bowl add rice flour, moong dal flour and urad dal flour. <\/li><li>Add salt, hing, sesame seeds and red chilli powder. Mix well. <\/li><li>Add butter and little water. <\/li><li>Knead to smooth firm dough. <\/li><li>Add the star mould to the presser and grease with oil. <\/li><li>Add enough dough to the presser. <\/li><li>Make small spiral murukku in a banana leaf or butter paper or directly on oil. <\/li><li>Add enough oil to deep fry the murukku in a pan. <\/li><li>Once it is hot slowly add one by one murukku. <\/li><li>Fry golden both sides. <\/li><li>Enjoy the crunchy munchy murukku.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Notes:<\/strong> If you add too much butter the murukku will be too soft and if you add less it will be little hard to bite.
