Also share and press the like button.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuisine: <\/li><li>Course: Dessert<\/li><li>Prep time: 30 mins<\/li><li>Cook time: 45mins<\/li><li>Serves: 5 persons.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rice &#8211; 1\/3 cup<\/li><li>Water  to soak<\/li><li>Cashews and Almond for soaking few.<\/li><li>Milk &#8211; 1.5 ltrs<\/li><li>Sugar 1 cup<\/li><li>Saffron milk &#8211; 2tbsp<\/li><li>Mango pulp 2 cups<\/li><li>Cashews and Almond chopped &#8211; few<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Soak rice for 30mins in water<\/li><li>Soak few cashews and almond in water for 30mins<\/li><li>Once done grind rice to coarse paste and set aside<\/li><li>Peel almond skin and grind it with cashew to smooth paste. Set aside<\/li><li>In a wipe pan add milk and allow it boil.<\/li><li>Once boiled simmer 15mins.<\/li><li>When the milk quantity reduces add the rice paste.<\/li><li>Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps.<\/li><li>Once milk gets thicker add sugar and stir until it dissolves.<\/li><li>Add Saffron milk and cashew almond paste.<\/li><li>Mix them well.<\/li><li>Simmer for 15mins. Stir occasionally.<\/li><li>Once milk starts getting thicker add mango pulp and mix well. <\/li><li>Transfer to serving bowl and refrigerate for 2hrs.<\/li><li>Garnish with few chopped nuts .<\/li><li>Serve cold mango phirni.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/li><li>It taste good when you prepare with whole milk<\/li><li>Sugar can be reduced according to your taste.
