Set aside.<\/li><li>Grind pepper and cumin seeds in powder.<\/li><li>Soak tamarind and extract juice.<\/li><li>In a vessel add tamarind juice, tomatoes and turmeric.<\/li><li>Add cumin pepper powder 2 tsp.<\/li><li>Add Crushed garlic.<\/li><li>Cook on medium flame.<\/li><li>Add salt and mix well. <\/li><li>Cook for about 6 mins.<\/li><li>Dilute with water and mix well.<\/li><li>Do not boil. Once frothy layer appears turn off.<\/li><li>Add ghee and mustard.
