It&#8217;s Mango season. Mango halwa is one mouth-watering recipe. You just need 3 ingredients. It is an easy and so delicious recipe too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuisine: Indian<\/li><li>Course: Dessert<\/li><li>Prep time: 10mins<\/li><li>Cook time: 45 mins<\/li><li>Serves: 18 pieces of halwa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mango Pulp &#8211; 2 cups<\/li><li>Ghee &#8211; 1\/2 cup<\/li><li>Corn flour &#8211; 1\/4 cup<\/li><li>Water<\/li><li>Saffron few strands<\/li><li>Mixed nuts.<\/li><li>Sugar- 1 cup<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Peel the skin of mangoes and cut to pieces.<\/li><li>Grind them to smooth paste.<\/li><li>In a pan add 1\/4 cup ghee and and mango pulp.<\/li><li>Cook on medium flame and bring the pulp to boil.<\/li><li>In a bowl add corn flour and water and mix to nice paste without any lumps.<\/li><li>Add the corn flour paste to mango pulp and keep stirring to avoid forming lumps.<\/li><li>After some time mango pulp will start getting thicker.<\/li><li>Add sugar and stir until it dissolves with pulp.<\/li><li>Keep stirring and add ghee every 5 mins interval.<\/li><li>Ghee will keep blending with mango pulp at starting stage.<\/li><li>Add saffron and mixed nuts and mix well.<\/li><li>Once the ghee starts oozing out of the halwa, the halwa has reached he consistency.<\/li><li>Turn off the flame. <\/li><li>Grease a bowl with ghee and transfer the halwa to the bowl.<\/li><li>Cool down completely and cut to desired size.<\/li><li>Serve the halwa.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summer is here.
