This is a curry made with peanuts, sesame seeds and green chillies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuisine: Hyderabadi<\/li><li>Course: Gravy<\/li><li>Prep time: 10mins<\/li><li>Cook time: 20mins<\/li><li>Serves: 3 persons.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Raw Peanuts- 2 tbsp<\/li><li>Cumin- 2 tbsp +1\/4tsp<\/li><li>White sesame seeds- 2tsp<\/li><li>Poppy seeds- 2 tbsp<\/li><li>Dry coconut\/Kopparai- 2 tbsp<\/li><li>Oil &#8211; 1 tbsp + 4tbsp<\/li><li>Ginger- 1\/3tsp<\/li><li>Garlic- 2 pods.<\/li><li>Onion-  1 fully chopped.<\/li><li>Tomato &#8211; 1 chopped<\/li><li>Yellow Chillies- 6 to 7<\/li><li>Turmeric a pinch<\/li><li>Red chilli powder- 1 tsp<\/li><li>Salt as required<\/li><li>Tamarind extract- 1\/2 cup<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a broad pan add peanuts, cumin seeds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Fry them until nice aroma arises.<\/li><li>Turn off and cool down. Transfer to blender.<\/li><li>Add kopparai or dry coconut. If you do not have dry one you can use fresh coconut and fry them until they are brown.<\/li><li>Grind them to nice powder.<\/li><li>In another pan add oil. Add ginger and garlic, fry them for a min.<\/li><li>Add onions and cook until they are soft.<\/li><li>Now add tomato. Cook until tomatoes are soft.<\/li><li>Turn off and cool down. Grind to a fine paste.<\/li><li>De seed the yellow chillies and cut them all lengthwise.<\/li><li>Add oil 4tbsp in a pan. once oil is hot add chopped chillies and fry them until they are soft.<\/li><li>Remove them and transfer to a plate.<\/li><li>In the remaining oil add cumin seeds. Add onion tomato paste. <\/li><li>Cook them for 5mins.<\/li><li>Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix them well.<\/li><li>Now add the peanut masala powder to the gravy. Mix them to avoid lumps.<\/li><li>Add tamarind extract and water to the gravy.Adjust according to your consistency.<\/li><li>Add the fried chillies to the gravy.  Mix well.
