You can also replace with Dal and jaggery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuisine: Indian.<\/li><li>Course: Snack<\/li><li>Prep time: 10mins<\/li><li>Cook time: 20mins<\/li><li>Serves: 20 balls.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Powdered jaggery- 1 cup<\/li><li>Water 2 tbsp<\/li><li>Shredded coconut- 1.5 cups<\/li><li>Cardamom powder- 1\/2 tsp<\/li><li>Maida &#8211; 1 cup<\/li><li>Salt- 1\/2 tsp<\/li><li>Oil for deep frying<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ina pan add jaggery and water. Let it melt and cook for 3mins.<\/li><li>Add shredded coconut and mix them well until they combine.<\/li><li>Add cardamom powder and mix them.<\/li><li>Cook for 4-5 min on low flame.<\/li><li>Turn off the flame and transfer to a plate to cool down.<\/li><li>In a bowl add maida, salt and water. Mix well to form a thick batter.<\/li><li>Make small balls of coconut jaggery balls and set aside.<\/li><li>Once oil is hot dip the coconut balls in the maida batter and drop one by one in hot oil. fry them golden all sides.<\/li><li>Serve them for a snack.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Suzhiyan is a traditional sweet made during festive times.
