Ingredients:
- Chopped Ladies finger – 500gm
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Urad dal – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric a pinch
- Curd – 2 spoons
- Salt as required
- Red Chilli Powder
- In a pan add oil, mustard seeds and urad dal. Fry them for a min
- Add ladies finger and mix well.
- Cook for 4 mins on medium flame.
- Add turmeric and curd. Mix well.
- Cook for 8 mins
- Add Salt and Red chilli Powder. Mix Gently.
- Do not stir often. It will crumble them.
- Once the color changes and it will start getting roasted nicely.
- Transfer to bowl and serve hot.
- Note:
- Adding curd reduces the stickiness in ladies finger
- You can also add bean instead of curd.
- If you use little more oil, it will roast nice crispy.
